The dirigible: Pentagon’s planning a view from the top

And you thought blimps were just for the Super Bowl.  The Pentagon is working on a $400 Million high tech blimp to provide a new level of surveillance.  It’s unmanned (watch out for the Goodyear blimp), filled with helium, and the surveillance systems are built into the blimp.  Check out the plan below:
